overviewBecause the human body is an energy system, we can use different energy forms to interact with the functions of that system. Understanding the human chakra system is the key to understanding how to use crystals as a part of the healing process. The word "chakra' comes from Sanskrit, and it means wheel.
Chakras are the primary mediators of all energy coming into and radiating from the body. They mediate the impulses of our energy system. Although not part of the physical body, they link the subtle energy fields surrounding the body to the body's activities. The chakras help the body distribute energy for various physical, emotional, mental and spiritual functions. They are connected to the physical body's functions primarily through the endocrine glands and spinal system. They mediate energy inside and outside the body through the various spinal contacts. This energy is distributed throughout the body using the nerve pathways and the circulatory system. In this way, all organs, tissues and cells receive the vibrational energy accordingly. Individual chakras and their related organs and systems in the body will respond to specific crystals. If there is an imbalance, we can use crystals to restore balance to the chakra and, therefore, to those systems and energies of the body mediated by the chakra. The crystal vibrations interact with the electromagnetic emanations of the body. They are transmitted to the vertebrae of the spine. The vertebrae transfer the frequencies along the nerve pathways to the organs and systems of the body, restoring balance. This also applies to those emotional and mental imbalances that can cause or aggravate physical problems. Most people don't know intuitively which chakras are out of balance, so techniques are used to ascertain what chakra needs help to restore it to a balanced state. This is where testing the chakras for their health and vitality comes in. Through kinesiology and pendulum work, you can ask questions and receive yes or no answers. So ensure your questions only need either of those answers. An example is if you want to know the health of your heart chakra. You may ask if my heart chakra is healthy or in balance. Through crystal work, meditation and visualisation, you can see your auras and the chakra energy flowing and be able to work to make them activated. Healthy, aware and whole. the chakras and kinesiologyWhen doing kinesiology testing you are testing the energy imbalance in relation to that one specific question that links to how it is in the present moment. As we are dealing with the chakras the important question to ask is whether the the chakra you're interested in is out of balance. You need to be specific with your question, the more detailed you can be the more accurate the yes or no answer will be.
Kinesiology studies muscle movement in the body, both voluntary and involuntary, and their interactions with the rest of your energy systems. Part of the study of kinesiology involves the connection between muscles and the body's electrical system.
As the muscles move, contract and extend, electrical energy is released. If muscles are overworked, too much electrical power is removed, and soreness, weakness, and tiredness can result. If muscles are not worked enough, too much magnetic energy accumulates, resulting in softer muscle tissue and fat accumulation around the muscles. Your thoughts and emotions elicit specific brain wave patterns (electromagnetic frequencies) that can easily interfere with the functioning of your muscles and the entire body's electrical system. Emotional and mental attitudes can cause dysfunction. They short circuit-specific physiological processes of the body. Too much negative energy will weaken the muscles. When you test a chakra and find it weak or blocked, there is an excellent likelihood that the physiological systems associated with that chakra are also vulnerable. You can use colour and crystals to balance and strengthen the chakra. Muscle testing gives you tangible feedback about your energies and your health. It is not foolproof but provides a starting point for greater self-awareness and responsibility. Muscle testing is simple. To do this, you don't need extensive knowledge about the body's muscular system. You will need to know the general location of the chakra centres. muscle testChoose a chakra centre to be tested. If you wish you can test them all. This test takes two people to perform properly.
Have the person being tested extend their arm out to the side. Their other hand should be placed over the chakra point to be tested. Place your own hand upon the wrist of the other person's outstretched arm while visualising the chakra that you are testing, I use the colour of the chakra as it is easier for me to "see". As you apply pressure downward, have the other person resist you. Don't force their arm down with your own strength. Rather apply gentle pressure for only 50mm, applying the pressure gradually and releasing it gradually. The muscle response will either be strong in the first action, locking into place, or it will give easily. Does the arm lock into place or does it feel mushy? With practice you will be able to attune more finely to the strength and resistance. If the resistance is strong then the chakra is balanced if the resistance is weak then the chakra is unbalanced. If the muscle stays firm when pressure is applied while asking the question. This indicates that there is not problem with the chakra. If the muscle when pressure is applied while asking the question . This indicates that the chakra is out of balance. If the muscles neither lock or unlock when pressure is applied while asking the question. This indicates that the chakra is blocked or wide open. the chakras and a pendulumPendulums are used for many types of metaphysical practices that are simple but effective. Pendulums are also called dowsers and have been used for thousands of years. Your purpose for using a pendulum will vary from others.
A pendulum is essentially a simple weight suspended on a string so that it can swing freely on that string. A lot of people are confused by the the word dowsing. If you ask questions and use a pendulum to get answers, it is dowsing. If you are using the pendulum to transform energy or for healing, it is not dowsing. The latter involves the act of intentionally making energetic changes. It is important that you know the meaning of dowsing and differentiate it from other pendulum work. When you heal with a pendulum, it is called pendulum healing. Choosing a pendulum can seem daunting as many styles and types exist. Although selecting a pendulum is a personal experience. The first thing to do is to make sure you are attracted to the pendulum, does it catch your eye, does it call to you and say buy me, it doesn't have to be beautiful as long as it is the right one for you.
One crucial factor to remember when choosing your pendulum is the movement; it must move freely in straight lines and smooth, perfect circles when deliberately swung around. Another factor is the weight of the pendulum; if it is too heavy, you will have difficulty holding it up for any length of time as well as the motion of the pendulum will be limited. If the pendulum is too light, any movement from your arm or hand will affect the pendulum's motion. Pendulums are made of different materials, which one is the best for you. Usually they are made wood, crystal or metal. If you wish try out each to see which type works best for you.
A wood pendulum tends to be bigger than crystal pendulums, but the weight is usually lighter. The energy is neutral. They are easy to read and responsive. You don't have to cleanse a wood pendulum. Metal pendulums are long lasting and durable. These pendulums have neutral energy and are of an appropriate weight. Their movement tends to be good as well. Metal pendulums don't absorb or store energy from you or your surroundings, they don't need to be cleaned. Crystal pendulums are fragile and lighter when compared to a metal pendulum. If you drop it or bang it against a hard surface, it may get cracks or break, but on the positive side, these pendulums tend to be more responsive and faster. Every crystal pendulum will have its own type of energy. Depending on the type of crystal you choose, the pendulum will have a unique signature. When choosing a crystal pendulum it is important to choose one that is harmonious with your personality. Some crystals won't be suitable for you, but the right one for someone else. Unlike the wood or metal pendulums, crystal pendulums need to be cleared or cleansed regularly, to remove accumulated energy from you or your environment. Once you have chosen the pendulum/s, you will need to bond with it, as your pendulum will work best after you bonded with it. There are different ways in which you can bond with different pendulums.
When you wish to do the dowsing on yourself rather than get someone to help you with the pendulum work. You can use a proxy, a proxy is the outline of a body with the chakra spots shown or a chart which is the chakra symbols on a page. For this, you need a printout of the the chakras the images on this page will work. State what you need your pendulum to do, the chakra printout acts as your body while you do the analysing.
Take a few moments to calm and centre yourself . Then hold the pendulum over the crown chakra and begin there. Visualise the chakra as you do this and observe the movement of the pendulum. Take notes of the movement as you move from one chakra to the next. Try not to push by thought or action the movement of the pendulum. Just let the movements flow by themselves and keep recording them. You can then interpret the movements; Interpreting the pendulum movement
Balancing the chakras with a pendulum
balancing the chakras with crystalsEnergising and balancing your chakras regularly ensure your wellbeing and prepares you for kundalini activation; crystals will do this for you,
You can do all the chakras or one at a time; the choice is up to you. Placing a crystal on the earth star chakra grounds or discharges the energies and reminds you to keep your physical body connected to the Earth. This balancing and energising will be essential as your points shift to a higher vibrational level. Use the pendulum process or kinesiology test to see the state of the chakras and the auric bodies. A simple and effective way to bring your body back to optimal balance is to place an activated and cleaned crystal over each chakra. Place an appropriate stone on each chakra and leave it in place for 20 to 30 minutes. It is best to do this lying on your front or back as you have to place the Gaia Gateway, Earth Star, Soul Star and Stellar Gateway stones away from your body. The gateway stones are placed in their designated spots to ensure that the energy is moving in the correct directions and not pooling where it shouldn't. They also minimise any overly stimulating energy moving through the body. Place an earth star chakra crystal in its designated place and then picture light and energy radiating out from the crystal into the chakra for two to three minutes at the same time, be aware that the chakra is being cleaned, its spin regulated, and its function re-energised, Place a base chakra crystal on its designated spot and then picture light and energy radiating from the crystal into the base chakra before moving through the physical body in cleansing and revitalising wave. Place a sacral chakra crystal on its designated spot and then picture light and energy radiating from the crystal into the sacral chakra before moving through the emotional auric body. Place a solar plexus chakra crystal on its designated spot and then picture light and energy radiating from the crystal into the solar plexus chakra before moving through the mental auric body. Place a heart chakra crystal on its designated spot, then picture light and energy radiating from the crystal into the heart chakra before moving through the astral auric body. Place a throat chakra crystal on its designated spot, then picture light and energy radiating from the crystal into the throat chakra before moving through the etheric template auric body.
Place a third eye chakra crystal on its designated spot, then picture light and energy radiating from the crystal into the third eye chakra before moving through the celestial auric body. Place a crown chakra crystal at its designated spot, then picture light and energy radiating from the crystal into the crown chakra before moving through the ketheric auric body. Place a soul star chakra crystal in its designated place and then picture light and energy radiating out from the crystal into the chakra for two to three minutes simultaneously, be aware that the chakra is being cleaned, its spin regulated, and its function re-energised. Now move your attention and concentration slowly from the soles of your feet up the centre line of your body, feeling how each chakra has become energised and balanced and how each is connected to its own auric body. Project your mind back down to your earth star chakra again and work up through each chakra. As you breathe in and hold, feel the energy of the chakras radiating out through the auric bodies bringing each one to full awareness with each other and your physical body. Finally, return to the earth star chakra rest and, for a few minutes, become aware that all your chakras are balanced. Relax, breathe deep and become aware of your surroundings. When completed, gather your crystals when you are relaxed and ready, starting from the stellar gateway. As you reach the earth star chakra, be aware of the grounding cord anchoring you to the Earth and into your physical body. Clean your stones thoroughly to be ready for next time. the chakras and meditationAs everyone who meditates regularly will tell you, meditation can be difficult. On the surface, it doesn't seem difficult. You just sit comfortably, and then it happens. Counting your breath and trying not to think.
Meditation means many different things: sitting with an empty mind, sitting with a mindful mind, counting breaths, chanting a mantra, focusing on a visual in your mind, contemplating a question or communicating with God. It can happen while sitting, lying down, walking, or dancing. Laughing or spinning. It can also centre around the chakras. Despite all the different techniques, meditation mainly has the same goal; to expand your awareness boundaries until the mind moves beyond its individuality to experience unity with all things or the Divine Spirit. Most people can't just sit down and slip straight into the zone; they need some techniques to help them get there. One of the most common and proven techniques is to focus your mind on one thing. This will train your mind to concentrate, and it helps to combat stray thought patterns and excessive mental chatter that is the norm for most people. The items of contemplation, instead of a mantra to chant or an object to gaze upon, are the chakras in chakra meditation. Chakra meditation is relaxing, and also an excellent way for beginners as it is a guided meditation. In a guided meditation, you have someone there reading or speaking the meditation through the steps. You don't have to clear your mind because you have a voice and information on which to focus. Chakra meditation gives your mind something interesting to focus on, as you get better at meditating on your own chakras, you can move beyond hearing a guiding voice, meditating on your chakras without assistance.
Obviously, you can't read the meditations out loud and also do the meditation at the same time. Instead, you could record your or a friends voice, then play them back. When recording the meditations ensure that it is in a slow and calm manner. It can help if you can speak in a monotone. Also when you need to pause don't say it just pause. Once you are familiar with the meditation, you won't need to hear it anymore because you can just go through it in your head.
You can do the following meditations separately, such as one per day, or you can do them all in one longer session. How long each will take depends on the speed with which the orator is speaking and how much time you give the pauses, but allow yourself 3 to 5 minutes each. You need to set aside a time where you won't be disturbed by noise or interruptions including, the phone, children or pets. Turn off the television and your phone, its only for 20 to 30 minutes if you do all the meditations. Settle down in a place that makes you feel relaxed. Sit or lie down in a position that keeps your spins straight and expanded. The best positions are sitting cross legged on a cushion or a folded blanket with your spine lifted and straight. Or lying on your back with your arms straight and slightly away from your body with palms facing up, legs stretched out straight and relaxed.
