Chakra Testing with Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the study of muscle movement in the body both voluntary and involuntary, and their interactions with the rest of your energy systems. Part of the study of kinesiology involves the connection between muscles and the electrical system of the body.
As the muscles move, contracting and extending, electrical energy is released. If muscles are overworked, too much electrical energy is released, and soreness, weakness, and tiredness can result. If muscles are not worked enough, to much magnetic energy accumulates, resulting in softer muscle tissue and the accumulation of fat around the muscles.
Your thoughts and emotions elicit specific brain wave patterns (electromagnetic frequencies) that can easily interfere with the functioning of your muscles and the entire electrical system of the body. Emotional and mental attitudes can cause dysfunction. They short circuit certain physiological processes of the body. Too much negative energy will weaken the muscles. When you test a chakra and find it weak or blocked, there is a great likelihood that the physiological systems associated with that chakra are also weak. You can use colour and crystals to balance and strengthen the chakra.
Muscle testing gives you tangible feedback about your energies and their health. It is not foolproof, but is provides a starting point for greater self awareness and responsibility.
Muscle testing is simple. You don't need extensive knowledge about the bodies muscular system to to this. You will need to know the general location of the chakra centres.
Choose a chakra centre to be tested. If you wish you can test them all.
Have the individual to be tested extend their arm out to the side. Their other hand should be placed over the chakra point to be tested.
Place your own hand upon the wrist of the other person's outstretched arm. As you apply pressure downward, have the other person resist you. Don't force their arm down with your own strength. Rather apply pressure or only 50mm, applying the pressure gradually and releasing it gradually. The muscle response will either be strong in the first action, locking into place, or it will give easily. Does the arm lock into place or does it feel mushy? With practice you will be able to attune more finely to the strength and resistance.
Having determined the current strength of the chakra, it is time to demonstrate to them how it can be short-circuited by your thoughts and emotions. This is an essential step in helping people overcome their doubts about the effectiveness of various metaphysical practices. Have the person focus on one of the emotional or mental attitudes that can create dysfunction within a chakra. For example the person has decided to concentrate on the heart chakra they could have strong feelings of jealousy (over active chakra) or they could feel unloved (under active chakra).
When the person is concentrating on the selected emotion, retest them. You will find that if they are concentrating properly, the muscle response will be noticeably weaker. This demonstrates tangibly that emotions and attitudes affect us on a physiological level. That it why it is important to be aware of the range of emotions that you are exposed to or experiencing throughout the day. If you don't correct the out of balance chakras, physical disease will manifest itself.
Having demonstrated how the chakras and the corresponding physical responses can be short circuited, it is important to demonstrate how vibration, in the form of colour and crystals can help. This process helps eliminate doubts that have been raised by the person as to the processes effectiveness.
Now is the time to proceed onto your chosen healing session. Don't forget to do the testing one more time at the end of the session to establish how improved the response from the muscles.
