Crystal Wands and Massage Therapy
Massaging with crystal wands has several immediate advantages:
It is important to choose the correct crystal for the procedure.
Basically you need crystals that balance an over-active or under- active acupressure point or chakra, activate a closed or blocked acupressure point or chakra and finally a crystal that synchronises them together as a whole.
Most questions about healing can be reduced to "Do I need an activating or balancing effect".
No matter whether the goal is relaxation, composure, heightened awareness or increased stamina, massaging with healing crystals, brings you a perceptible sense of well being. This underlines all other beneficial effects you will receive.
The Form of the wand
For the best healing wand these are qualities that a wand needs:
There are two questions that need to be answered before proceeding to healing.
First, What is the quickest way to find a reflexology point or the chakra energy zone that will have the longest lasting effect on the problem?.
Second, Which crystal wand is suitable for the treatment?
It these two questions can be answered accurately, then you will get the best results possible.
Certain tests have proven to be effective for this as they directly utilise the knowledge and wisdom of the body to establish which chakra energy zones need healing. We have found that Kinesiology (muscle testing), Dowsing with a Pendulum, and finally the pulse test, these are the simplest and most effective procedures to establish which reflexology point or chakra energy centre needs healing.
This test was developed by the French doctor Paul Nogier, and has been known under the name RAC (Reflex Auriculo Cardial) in professional circles for the last 50 years. It is considered to be a highly reliable method for asking questions of your energy systems. Pulse testing is relatively simple, but it needs a bit more sensitivity than dowsing and kinesiology.
With practice, this sensitivity for feeling the pulse grows quickly. To read the pulse correctly you need to balance yourself beforehand. Take a few deep breaths, and relax.
The pulse is normally taken at the wrist, but if you can't find it there use the carotid artery in the neck. Remember not to put to much pressure on the point or you wont feel the pulse properly. There are other points that you can use such as the top of the foot or the groin. Use your fingers and not your thumb, if you use your thumb you will be feeling your own pulse.
Begin by feeling the present pulse rate, then ask for a yes such as does this chakra need healing. Pay attention to the pulse response, is it faster, slower, harder or softer. If the pulse response is faster or harder, then the chakra needs balancing, if it is slower or softer, it needs activating.
After you have established the pulse responses you can then proceed to the healing massage session beginning with the synchronising wand then either the balancing or activating wand as needed, after the healing check the progress and finish with the synchronising wand.
